DONATION POLICY

Our Donation Terms

Loop & Lift operates strictly as a non-monetary, volunteer-led community initiative. We do not accept cash donations or credit card payments on this website. Because we deal exclusively in physical goods donated by the community for 学童保育 and single mothers, standard monetary refunds do not apply to our operations.

Item Returns & Distribution

Once an item is donated to a Loop & Lift collection drive, it enters our sorting and sanitization process to be prepared for delivery to local families. Due to the logistics of distribution, physical items cannot be returned to the donor once they have been submitted. We ask all donors to carefully review our accepted items list before dropping goods off.

Damaged or Unusable Item

To respect the dignity of the children and families we serve, we only distribute goods that are safe, functional, and in good condition. In the rare event that a donated item is found to be broken, unsafe, or unhygienic during our sorting process, our team will responsibly recycle or dispose of it.
